​Current Responsibilities
Mr. Gonzalez is a retail broker who is responsible for overall development and execution of leasing strategies for properties in the Midwest. Mr. Gonzalez has strong knowledge of property management, operations and marketing to better assist clients with overall asset goals through the implementation of a strategic leasing plan. Additionally, Mr. Gonzalez is responsible for developing and maintaining strong retailer relationships.


Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Mr. Gonzalez was with Mid-America's Asset Management team as an Assistant Asset Manager. He ascended to the role of Senior Asset Manager, which included overseeing the daily operations of five Mid-America properties. His portfolio was comprised of both entrepreneurial and institutionally-owned properties. His responsibilities consisted of contracting and overseeing all property services, collecting outstanding receivables, budgeting, administering leases, monthly financial reporting, civic, community, ownership and tenant relations. Mr. Gonzalez has experience in the management of properties in receivership and has been involved in the management of properties that have been sold and refinanced.

Education and Affiliations

Mr. Gonzalez attended Dartmouth College where he earned a bachelor of arts in psychology. He is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Illinois and a member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
