Current Responsibilities

Bill Leone is a Senior Vice President in JLL's brokerage group with a concentration in corporate real estate. His practice areas include tenant representation, landlord representation and investment sales.

Experience

Mr. Leone has played a vital role in Western Pennsylvania's commercial real estate community for over 30 years. Prior to joining JLL, he was a Founding Principal of Colliers International Pittsburgh, Executive Vice President & Managing Director of Oxford Realty Services, a Founding Principal & Treasurer of Pennsylvania Commercial Real Estate, Inc. and Associate Director of Cushman & Wakefield. Mr. Leone has also been involved with the development of real estate projects including office buildings, industrial facilities, conventional apartment buildings and student housing.

Mr. Leone has been a licensed broker since 1984 and earned his professional license of Broker of Record and Associate Broker in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 1996. He was certified by the Society of Office and Industrial Realtors with the prestigious SIOR designation in 1991. His professional accomplishments have been recognized by numerous industry groups, including  SIOR's Largest Office Lease of the Year, Investment Sale of the Year, Largest Industrial Sale of the Year and Cooperating Broker Award. He was recognized as a Costar Power Broker, awarded the Colliers International Everest Award for top performance and consistently recognized in the top real estate transactions as published by the Pittsburgh Business Times.  Mr Leone is a member of the National association of Realtors (NAR) and the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors (PAR).

Education and Affiliations

Mr. Leone earned his Bachelor of Science degrees in Industrial Engineering and Economics from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University in 1982. He furthers his education in commercial real estate through the Institute of Real estate Management (IREM), the Commercial Real Estate Council (CCIM) and the Real Estate Education Institute (REEI).

Mr. Leone is a past member of the Board of Directors of Goodwill of Southwestern Pennsylvania, volunteer of United Way, Powerlink, Franklin Park Borough Planning Commission and the Pine Richland High School Boys Lacrosse Club.  Mr. Leone resides in Wexford, Pennsylvania with his wife and three children.
