Alexa Jennings joined Jones Lang LaSalle in 2011 and is in charge of transaction management for the Real Estate Advisory Services Group. She is a single point of contact, managing transactions for multiple clients including: Alcoa, Wabtec, HiTouch, A. Morton Thomas, the Communication Workers of America, Amdocs, GAI Consultants and EverBank. Her responsibilities include: market analysis, lease and sale negotiations, client portfolio optimization, as well as all disposition and acquisition activity for her client base. She has been involved in over 100 transactions globally since joining JLL.
Alexa previously led Pittsburgh's research and marketing group. She primarily focused on tracking market information to develop new reporting tools. Her practice areas included conducting market research, tracking office statistics, and analyzing trends within the market. She was also response for creating marketing deliverables for the clients and business development. Prior to joining JLL, Alexa worked for Millcraft Investments, a prominent real estate developer in Pittsburgh where she supported their residential real estate division developing marketing materials and working with clients through the sales process.
Education and Affiliations
Alexa holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Marketing from the College of Business Administration at The University of Pittsburgh. Alexa was an active student leader serving on the Student Government Board and as a member of the Blue and Gold Society. She was awarded the Top 25 Largest Commercial Real Estate Transaction Completed in 2015 by the Pittsburgh Business Times Book of Lists. She was recognized as a CoStar Power Broker in 2015. She is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Pennsylvania and West Virginia. She is a member of the Business Partner Committee of the Pittsburgh Legal Administrators Association, a member of the Economic Development committee of Explore Sewickley, a board member of EconomicsPA, and a member of the New Leadership Board of the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra.
