Current Responsibilities

Alexa specializes in tenant representation with an expertise in both office and industrial real estate. She serves as the single point of contact for seven global real estate portfolios and has worked locally with a number of professional services firms to find creative solutions to meet her clients' unique needs. She has completed over 225 projects internationally, including acquisitions, dispositions for leased and owned assets through strategic portfolio optimizations.


Beginning her career in Pittsburgh, Alexa joined JLL in 2011. During her tenure as Pittsburgh's marketing and research lead, Alexa used JLL's leading market intelligence to develop new reporting tools and successfully led multiple business development campaigns. In 2013, she joined a team focused on global portfolio management, helping to grow its client portfolio from 2 to 12 accounts. In 2016, Alexa was promoted to Vice President, the youngest in the Great Lakes region. In 2017, she relocated to JLL's Headquarters in Chicago, working with a team that represents multiple Fortune 500 clients. 

Prior to joining JLL, Alexa worked for Millcraft Investments, a prominent real estate developer in Pittsburgh, where she supported their residential real estate division by developing marketing materials and working with clients through the sales process.

Education and Affiliations

Alexa was selected to participate in many JLL-led programs supporting continued career growth and development, including Academy (2013-2018), Women's Summit (2016) and the Mentor Protégé Program (2015). Alexa is a licensed real estate salesperson in Pennsylvania and a real estate broker in Illinois. She is a co-organizer of the Chicago Founders Association, focused on technology founders in Chicago. While in Pittsburgh, Alexa was an active board member of Economics PA and a member of the New Leadership Board of the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra.
