​Career summary
Drew Kiesling joined Jones Lang LaSalle as Executive Vice President in September 2013.  Prior to joining JLL, Mr. Kiesling was a Senior Vice President with the Dallas office of Centerline Capital Group’s Mortgage Banking division, charged with originating, structuring, negotiating and closing multi-family and commercial transactions with owner/investor clients.  

Prior to Centerline Capital Group, Mr. Kiesling served as the Chief Operating Officer for Staubach Retail (now SRS Real Estate Partners), one of the nation’s largest retail-only professional services/brokerage firms, from 2008 - 2011.  

From 2004 - 2008, Mr. Kiesling served as a Principal for Regent Communities, a Texas-based development company specializing in the development of single-family subdivisions, custom homes and luxury condominiums. 

Mr. Kiesling served as a Managing Director in the Dallas office of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler (HFF) from 1994 - 2004, where he specialized in the capitalization of a broad array of real estate transactions for public and private owner/investor alike.

He has completed the capitalization of a broad range of properties in markets across the country including multi-family, office, industrial, retail, hospitality, special use, and land.  Typical assignments have included conventional permanent financings, bridge/interim financings, construction loans, mezzanine debt, joint ventures, and equity participations.  Mr. Kiesling has represented clients in the capitalization of $1 billion in real estate.

Education and affiliations
Mr. Kiesling received his BBA with a double major in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Texas in Austin.  He has completed post-graduate studies with the Dallas Theological Seminary.  He also holds a Texas Real Estate Broker License.
