Mark has been involved in Commercial Real Estate since 2000 and is currently Executive Vice President of JLL Americas within the Debt & Equity platform.

Prior to joining JLL, Mark was a partner and Managing Director/Investments with E2M Partners. Mark originally officed with E2M as Vice President of SRI Ventures LLC, an affiliate of Sammons Enterprises.

In both positions Mark was responsible for sourcing, qualifying and executing equity investments for the E2M/Sammons team.

Prior to joining E2M/SRI, Mark was Director for Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P.("HFF"). He arranged financing for a broad range of real estate properties including multifamily, office, industrial, retail, hotel, and self-storage.

During his six year tenure with HFF he completed the capitalization of commercial real estate transactions in excess of $1 billion.

Prior to joining HFF, Mark was a professional baseball pitcher with the Boston Red Sox and the Texas Rangers. 

Mark graduated from Texas Tech University with his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance in 1992.

In 2002, Mark received his Master in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington. While at Texas Tech, Mark was an All American Baseball player and later inducted into the Texas Tech Hall of Fame. 

He was a member of the Mortar Board and selected to the All Southwest Conference Academic Team and Who’s Who among American Universities.

Mark is a member of The Real Estate Council, an Alumni of the Associate Leadership Council and is a Licensed Texas Real Estate Agent.

Mark has been married to his wife, Cristy, for 14 years and has four children. Mark is a member of Irving Bible Church in Irving, Texas and his hobbies include coaching/leading numerous children’s sports and activities, Sunday school teacher, Texas Rangers alumni volunteer, softball, and golf.
