​​​Current responsibilities
Charlie is an Executive Director in Solutions Development at JLL, empowered by the firm to structure and implement complex real estate and facility operations outsourcing contracts. With over 25 years of commercial real estate experience, 15 of those with JLL, Charlie is well known for his ability to expand relationships by providing new, innovative, differentiated service offerings to clients that deliver measurable impact to client business objectives and growth.


Experience
Prior to this assignment, Charlie was the Regional Account Director overseeing our corporate client relationships. He managed a team of 400+ employees across 12 countries responsible for integrated facility management, project management, and transaction services for the North and South America portfolio. He delivered strategic value added real estate services to a portfolio encompassing 10 million square feet. Charlie was recognized for his outstanding leadership during this time with the JLL Account Manager of the Year award in 2009, three JLL da Vinci awards for Innovation and was a JLL Club Award winner in 2010.

Charlie joined Jones Lang LaSalle in 1999 through the acquisition of Compass Management & Leasing by LaSalle Partners. At this time, he served as the Account Director at Mellon Bank leading facilities management for their four million square foot portfolio.  In his next assignment, he was the Account Director for Fidelity Investments providing integrated facility and project management services for their six million square foot portfolio. He was recognized for his leadership on this account with a JLL Club award in 2003. 

Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Charlie worked for Hiffman Schaffer Anderson as a leasing representative, project manager and property manager for their suburban Chicago portfolio.  

Drawing on over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate services, Charlie has a track record of developing top talent/ leadership and has been distinguished as a "Top 5%" of managers in the latest global employee engagement survey. His strategic client focus brings innovative solutions to client's business objectives. He has operationalized their objectives with great results, turning them into best practices and new products that have been utilized with other JLL clients. Examples of his leadership include: Global Call Center platform, Global Preventive Maintenance Program, IFM on Demand, IntelliCommand/Energy Management system and OneView Analytics.


Education and Affiliations
Charlie holds a Masters in Finance degree from Loyola University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Finance from Southern Illinois University. Member of: CoreNet Global”, International Facility Manager Association, “IFMA” and CoreNet Global.
