Current Responsibilities
Mr. Frantz has 14 years of experience in the Atlanta commercial real estate industry and 26 years of marketing and sales experience.  As a Senior Leasing Director, he has been involved in the leasing and marketing of over 4.5 million s.f. of space.

Mr. Frantz’s responsibilities include all phases of landlord representation, from the creation of property marketing plans through lease negotiation and documentation.  His aggressive cold calling and direct prospecting efforts have been instrumental in consummating leases valued at over $175 million.  Mr. Frantz represented Owners on two of the largest lease transactions in Atlanta in 2007; Travelers Indemnity Company (177,715 s.f.) and Macy’s (182,428 s.f.).  In 2008, Mr. Frantz completed transaction totaling over $45.0 million in lease revenue. 

As Leasing Director on 3344 Peachtree, he jointly with the developer, pre-leased 72% of the new Buckhead Mixed use project in an eighteen month period. At the time of its sell in 2011, 3344 Peachtree was 99% leased and realized the highest price per square foot sale in Buckhead’s history.

Leasing Director for the last 10 years for a Northwest asset, he has consistently led the project to outperform the submarket on vacancy by 8-10%. 

At the bottom of the lease cycle, he was able to consummate leases for over 85,000 rsf in an 18-24 month period, retaining 7 of 9 rolling tenants while establishing a Roster of Fortune 500 tenants unlike any other business park in the Northwest Atlanta.  In addition, Mr. Frantz represented Siebel Systems and Oracle in a disposition effort of over 225,000 sf in multiple Atlanta submarkets.  He was successful in consummating 175,000 sf of sublease transactions within 14 months of assuming the assignment.   Mr. Frantz is consistent top performer for the firm and is known in the market by his can-do attitude. 

Mr. Frantz spent 11 years in various marketing and sales management roles at the Dow Chemical Company before joining Jones Lang LaSalle.  Mr. Frantz was the Marketing Manager for a $35 million specialty chemical business that delivered three-year cumulative profit growth of 65%.  In addition, he directed a new business development effort that launched five new products.

Education & Credentials
Mr. Frantz holds a bachelor of science from Purdue University in Industrial Management.  He is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and a four year prior member ofthe Board of Trustees at Mount Pisgah Christian School.
