​​​​Current responsibilities
Andrea Alexander is a Vice President in the New Jersey office of JLL.  Holding both a Masters Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering, Andrea has over twenty years of formalized project management experience.

Currently Andrea is managing a retail bank renovation program, an ATM upgrade program and an ADA survey program for three of the world’s largest retail banks.

Andrea managed a dealership renovation program for Audi of America.  This program required the development of program management standards, processes and procedures for the dealer team and Audi’s corporate team. The goal was to facilitate brand compliance and accelerate individual project schedules for 300 dealerships across the country. A project charter was developed for this initiative which focused on process and improved communication for both internal and external stakeholders.  The results of which have been reduced time frames, better communication and consistency in construction.

Andrea was also the client relationship manager for a national program of over 5,000 retail banks in the assessment of ADA compliance.  This program involved the creation of a customized facility survey, procurement of specialized services, training of resources, and scheduling of site visits for branch assessments.  Andrea managed a team of Project Managers and Surveyors who provided Quality Control oversight and data collections for delivery and remediation.

Previously, Andrea  had been the client relationship manager for Mercedes Benz USA for five years, overseeing all national project management work.

Andrea's responsibilities included the Mercedes Benz USA Autohaus Dealership compliance program. This program involved surveying and reporting on the implementation of national standards developed by MBUSA to which 350 dealers needed to comply by year end 2012.

As program lead for HSBC, Andrea managed the upgrade of over one hundred branch banks in the tristate area during a three month period for remediation work driven by the implementation of new Department of Justice 2010 ADA regulations.

Other projects for HSBC have included a roll out of new locations and capital improvement upgrades in the northeast region of over two hundred branch banks. In this capacity, she managed design activities, test-fit approval, budget, schedule and construction implementation.

Prior to joining JLL, Andrea was a Project Manager for Turner Construction Company. In her 10 years, she managed numerous tenant fit out of varying sizes and degrees of complexity.

She has been involved with new business development for both JLL and Turner, by bringing a broad, diversified background of experience to all of the assignments with which she has been involved. She provides personalized, goal oriented project management services, integrating the team, systems and operations. 

Andrea​ holds an MBA from Fordham University in New York City and has a BS in Civil Engineering from Rutgers College of Engineering.  

She is currently serving on the United Way Annual Gridiron Gala Committee, the United Way of Morris County Commercial Real Estate Legacy Luncheon and also sits of the UWMC appropriation committee.
