​​Current Responsibilities 
Going into his third year as a Project Manager for JLL, Jim Moore is involved with the retail program on behalf of a major multi-use redevelopment project in lower Manhattan. His primary responsible is the execution of the day-to-day Change Management involving scope changes, overall site wide scope coordination changes with other stakeholders and Westfield driven changes. Working with the Construction Manager, Jim solicits change order proposals from their subcontractors, and directs the client's cost control team in estimating efforts, for cost comparison, negotiation and submission to the client for execution.

Experience 
Jim has been in the project management field for close to ten years in the financial services field, with prior experience in construction management. Prior assignments with JLL include Retail renovation and innovation roll-out work. Prior Financial Industry experience includes Retail and Administrative project management. Jim has personally delivered over 1,000 retail and infrastructure projects over the course of his career.
