​Current Responsibilities 
Hrisa Gatzoulis is a Project Manager at Jones Lang LaSalle focused on Energy and Sustainability Services in the Northeast Region. As a LEED Accredited Professional, Hrisa Gatzoulis specializes in reducing building and tenant energy and water use and incorporating sustainability initiatives into tenant operations.
Hrisa Gatzoulis is currently managing the LEED certification process for several commercial interior projects to include City National Bank, CMG, New York Racing Authority, Verizon, MetLife, JLL’s new office in New Jersey and a core and shell project for Savanna.

Prior Experience
Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Hrisa Gatzoulis was an energy efficiency project consultant for the NYSERDA New Construction Program (NCP) and was employed at several engineering firms in NYC including Langan Engineering and Parsons Brinkerhoff. 
In her work with the NYSERDA NCP, Hrisa Gatzoulis was responsible for assisting over 5 million square feet of commercial buildings in NYC and Westchester become more energy efficient and receiving financial incentives based on energy reduction. Ms. Gatzoulis also presented AIA approved presentations on the NCP and energy efficiency to over 50 architect and engineering firms in NYC.

Prior to her work with the NYSERDA NCP, Hrisa Gatzoulis spent several years managing environmental engineering projects including ASTM Phase I site assessments, Phase II site investigations and Phase III site remediation for several clients specializing in urban renewal. Clients included Columbia University, AT&T Wireless, Red Apple Group, Dermot, New York City Department of Design and Construction, New York City School Construction Authority and New York City Metropolitan Transit Authority. 

Education and Affiliations 
Hrisa Gatzoulis holds a Master of Science in Environmental Science from Pace University. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Psychology from University of Kansas. Hrisa Gatzoulis is a LEED Accredited Professional, Building Design and Construction (LEED AP BD+C). Hrisa Gatzoulis is currently an active member of the New York U.S. Green Building Council – Urban Green Council.
