​Current Responsibilities 
Grady Peck is currently on the JLL project management team overseeing the $550 million capital improvement program a historic landmark building in New York City. A project that is unprecedented in terms of scale and coordination, this renovation is centered around re-positioning the iconic structure, taking it from a Class B to a Class A office building with an emphasis on sustainability.

Grady’s hands on experience growing up in the family construction business, professional experience in architecture & project management, and formal studies in real estate make him a great fit within JLL’s broad platform of services. With each assignment, Grady brings a greater understanding of a project’s financials and legal obligations, while providing a discerning eye for its aesthetics and knowledge of construction.  
Grady Peck currently oversees capital projects within the historic landmark New York building, which includes complex project programing and phasing with multiple design consultants and specialty vendors. Current projects include the 86th Floor Observatory Fence Replacement & In-Elevator “Disappearing Ceiling” Experience projects, and the 15,500 sf ESB Fitness Center.

Education and Affiliations 
Grady received his master of science degree in real estate development from New York University. He received his bachelor of landscape architecture degree with a minor in community planning from the University of Rhode Island. He is an alumni member of the Sustainable Built Environment Committee and is a licensed real estate broker in the State of New York.
