Our people

​​​​​Current Responsibilities 
Crissy Haley is a Senior Project Manager for JLL’s Project and Development Services group with a focus on Energy and Sustainability Services. As a LEED Accredited Professional with a concentration in Existing Building: Operations and Maintenance, Crissy specializes in reducing building energy use and incorporating sustainability initiatives into building operations.  
Crissy applies technical expertise to identify and implement practical, cost effective energy conservation measures with the goal of helping clients quantify and achieve energy reduction goals.  

Since joining JLL in 2011, Crissy has managed two dozen LEED EBOM, LEED CI, and LEED NC projects, including several international projects. Crissy recently completed the LEED EBOM Silver certification for an international bank's North American Headquarters and the LEED EBOM Gold certification for a Fortune 1000 company's Headquarters located in New York City. 
In addition to her experience with LEED, Crissy has hands-on experience managing energy audit, retro-commissioning and energy model projects within office, warehouse, and data center space.  Her work with energy retrofits has given her experience identifying, developing and evaluating energy conservation measures that maximize the energy and environmental value per dollar spent for clients. 

Education and Affiliations 
Crissy holds a Master of Environmental Science and Management from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Williams College. Crissy is a LEED AP and an active member of the New York Chapter of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).
