​Current Responsibilities 
Vincent Knoll is a Vice President for the Healthcare Practice in the Northeast region. Vincent brings more than 24 years of expertise in the Healthcare Development and Construction field to each project to ensure our teams are managing the development and construction process to bring the very best options and results to our clients. He has developed and led teams of Healthcare and Design Professionals, State and Local Officials and Construction Managers in 15 states.​

During his 16-year tenure as Vice President, Asset Management, Design and Construction for the Kessler Rehabilitation Corporation and Select Medical, he developed and constructed over 90 healthcare projects and facilities, developing both transition and commissioning plans and providing oversight during those activities. He has excelled at forming a mutual understanding and respect between parties to find the balance necessary to develop and implement plans that incorporate the business as usual approach required to be successful in an occupied healthcare environment. His understanding of the means and methods required and his proven fiscal accountability has been utilized in Acute Care Hospitals, Acute Rehabilitation Hospitals, Psychiatric facilities, Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living facilities.

  • Kessler Institute, West Orange, NJ- 96-bed Acute Physical Rehabilitation Hospital addition, project cost of 38 million dollars
  • Kessler Institute, Akron, OH- Freestanding 52-bed Long Term Acute Care Hospital, project cost of 19 million dollars
  • Kessler, Institute, Springfield, MO- Freestanding 48-bed Long Term Acute Care Hospital, project cost of 14 million dollars
  • Long Term Acute Care Program- Managed 4 LTAC development opportunities as part of national roll-out. Total project budget was 49 million dollars. Developed a prototype facility for Acute Physical Rehabilitation Hospitals.
