​​Current Responsibilities
John Maguire joined Jones Lang LaSalle in 2012 as a Project Manager in the Project & Development Services group in the New York Office.  John ​is responsible for providing superior project management in coordinating and managing new construction, landlord and tenant interior renovations. 

Previous Experience
John has over 20 years of building and managerial experience in the construction industry.  His responsibilities have included the interface with Building Owners, Property management, Tenants, Architects, Engineers, Contractors and Subcontractors.  He has developed and monitored project budgets and schedules to ensure successful completions of the construction projects.  

John has held various positions in the construction industry. The last 10 years he has been applying his construction and management skills as a Program Manager for Garadice Inc.  During this time John has managed full life cycle of new core and shell construction.   In addition, he supervised the preservation of various NYC landmark buildings including the restoration of entrances, cornices, stone, window molding and decorative elements of building facades.  Prior to working for Garadice, John worked as a Senior Project Estimator for the international construction firm Structure Tone Inc. in New York.  During this time John reviewed scope bids and construction management projects to develop detail cost estimates, budgets, and quantitative surveys.  In addition, he confirmed budget figures with MEPs department and produced final comprehensive budgets and secured client approval for change order throughout the project life cycle.  

John has worked with some New York’s most noted Architects, Engineers and Design professionals. He has provided all facets of estimating, and project planning cost for high profile clients including names such as Bloomberg LP, Goldman Sachs, Con Edison, HOK Architects, Standard Chartered Bank and Bank of Nova Scotia.      

John holds a B.A., Business Administration, from Pace University in White Plains, New York, in addition to subsequent courses at New York University’s Real Estate Management Program.
