Current Responsibilities
Jill Meyer is currently a Vice President with the Jones Lang LaSalle, PDS Team in New York City.  Recent management responsibilities include projects with ShoreTel Inc., ANZ Bank, NBC Universal, National Basketball Association, Widex USA, Apple Inc. and Fred Alger Management.  

Her ability to perform multiple tasks, her attention to detail, and her ability to communicate concisely and clearly, in addition to her  general project management skills have been intricate to her success.   Her experience has created a depth of knowledge that allows for successful execution of high end projects that require detailed coordination with specialized groups and large, diverse teams. 

Jill Meyer previously was assigned to the Bank of America Account with Jones Lang LaSalle.  Her responsibilities for this client included, project management, estimating, capital planning and procedure implementation and refinement.  Notable accomplishments with this client include the successful relocation of a critical equipment room that serviced multiple Bank of America lines of business globally.  

Prior to her employment with Jones Lang LaSalle, Jill Meyer worked for Thomas Properties Group in Los Angeles, California.  During her time with Thomas Properties Group, she completed a 5 year capital expense program for the City National Plaza in downtown Los Angeles. The capital expense program consisted of $250 million in base building improvements, tenant improvements and general renovations within the 2.7 million square feet of office property.  Tenant improvement experience included a number of law firms: Jones Day, Fulbright & Jaworski, Janofsky &Walker, Squire Sanders and Paul Hastings. 

Jill Meyer worked for Turner Construction preceding her time at Thomas Properties Group.  She worked on both the LAUSD Dena Primary School in East LA, and the UCLA Medical Center in Santa Monica.  

Education and Affiliations
Jill Meyer earned a Master of Real Estate Development Degree (MRED) with focus in Finance from the University of Southern California, CA, and a Master of Science in Construction Management from the University of Washington, Seattle, WA.   She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, MN.
