​Current Responsibilities
For sixteen years, Adam Kusinitz has overseen the design and construction of world class destinations and environments for major corporations in New York City and the Northeast.  Currently, Adam Kusinitz is Vice President responsible for master planning and oversight in relation to project management, due diligence and project implementation for the Empire State Building. He is the primary project management contact in regards to leasing activities and negotiations for over 3 Million rentable square feet.  Over the past three years Adam Kusinitz has assisted and overseen the Project Management, Design and Construction Teams with base building capital improvements, and landlord provided tenant construction of approximately $100 Million dollars per year.    

Experience
Prior to re-joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Adam Kusinitz spent three years with Lincoln Center Redevelopment Project Inc. directly overseeing the owner management and project team of Diller Scofidio Renfro, ARUP and Turner Construction, of the renovation and expansion of Alice Tully Hall ($160 Million), Alice Tully Plaza ($8M), Retail Store ($8M) and Rose Building Interface ($15M), as well as oversight of the Julliard School expansion ($130M). 

Before working at Lincoln Center, while at Jones Lang LaSalle and Quartararo & Associates, Adam Kusinitz managed a variety of projects including the renovation of the historic Apollo Theater in Harlem, NY; Dodger Theatrical Holdings (New World Stages), a 57,000 s.f. conversion of movie theater complex into five legitimate Off-Broadway theaters and support space; Alvin Ailey Dance Theater, a ground-up development and build-out of new theater and school facilities totaling 71,000 s.f.; the Brooklyn Academy of Music, due diligence study involving the development of four sites, including the development of 110,000 s.f. of the public library, and a space for the Theater for a New Audience; Staten Island Jewish Community Center, the review and preparation of public funding documentation and processes for a pass-thru contract for the DDC; City of Mount Vernon Sports Arena, due diligence for the construction of a 200,000 s.f. multi-use arena and Metro North Hub over a pre-existing rail road cut; and managed nearly a million s.f. of high end interior office renovations, expansions and relocations for such companies as Renaisaance Technologies, Khronos LLC, Ernst & Young LLP, Barrow Street Capital LLC, Standard Chartered Bank, Deutsche Bank and PriceWaterhouseCoopers.

Education and Affiliations
Adam Kusinitz is a graduate of Syracuse University where he received his BS in Entrepreneurship and Emerging Enterprises.  Concurrently, he attended the State University of New York - Environmental Science and Forestry, where he minored in Construction Management obtaining AGC accreditation in Planning and Scheduling, Managing the Project: The Supervisors Role and Contract Document and Construction Law. In addition, Adam Kusinitz recently completed all of his Pre-Licensing requirements towards obtaining a Real Estate License.
