​​​Current responsibilities
Steven D’Amico has over 20 years of experience managing interior renovations, hospitality, industrial, life science and manufacturing work. He is a Vice President for JLL’s Project and Development Services in New Jersey.

Through his extensive market knowledge and successful client relationships, Steven provides strong support in expanding our business development approach to the NJ market.​

Prior to his current position, Steven has managed team of project managers and directly led renovation and relocation projects throughout central and northern New Jersey and New York.

Such projects include the 100K s.f. for Brother International in Bridgewater, 100k s.f for Bank of Tokyo in Jersey City, NJ and 25k s.f. for Kraft Foods in Tarrytown, NY, 1M SF campus real estate disposition strategy for Sanofi in Bridgewater, NJ, the relocation of Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories headquarters and a 164,000 s.f. hotel renovation in NYC.

From 2001 to 2008, Steven started up and managed the life science division for a major NJ based contractor.  He led a team of project managers and superintendents.  

Steven also has a diverse portfolio of projects that include R&D, clinical laboratories, cGMP manufacturing facilities (parenteral, tableting and sterile filling), product development suites, hospitality, data center, multi-tenant residential and industrial.

Steven is a graduate of CTU, where he received his BS in Project Management.  

He is also a long time member of the Construction Roundtable of New Jersey and once held the role of Secretary.

A longtime member of ISPE and a onetime marketing chairman for the New Jersey Biotechnology and Life Science Coalition.
