​Current Responsibilities 
Stephen Juliano is a Vice President of Jones Lang LaSalle responsible for managing teams of subject matter experts on large complex projects. His current assignments include UPS installations for a trading environment, and  a complete office building renovation in Manhattan. The Owner of the Manhattan tower is replacing all infrastructure, upgrading elevators , and installing a new lobby. 

Previously, he managed the green-field development of a data center in Mexico for an international bank encompassing over 400,000 SF on a 13 acre site. The complex was designed and certified to the Uptime Institute Tier IV standard.

Prior to this project, he was on a team working to renovate Madison Square Garden, coordinating the design and budget for Information Technology, Audio-Video, Broadcast and Security services. Previous to the MSG assignment he managed a 200,000 SF expansion and renovation of an existing facility for an investment banking firm to support Tier III data processing. Prior to this project, he managed the redevelopment of an existing property for HSBC to support a 15,000 SF Tier III data center, a Business Resumption office for 800 traders, and a 90,000 SF credit card and statement processing facility. 

Stephen Juliano started with Jones Lang LaSalle in March of 2006 as a member of the HSBC strategic alliance partnership.  His responsibilities were dedicated to the client with projects that included new offices in Greenwich, Philadelphia and Delaware as well as renovation projects in New York City and Tulsa.

Prior to working for Jones Lang LaSalle, Stephen Juliano managed the Facilities Design Department for TIAA-CREF.  During his tenure he managed the design and construction of their two primary data centers in Charlotte and Denver as well as the renovation and upgrade of their New York City facilities.  Other responsibilities with TIAA included restacking their million square foot New York City Headquarters, installation of a 250,000 SF operations center in Denver, and development of their Charlotte campus design and fit-out on a 130 acre green-field site. 
Prior to TIAA-CREF, Stephen Juliano was a member of Goldman Sachs & Co.  His management responsibilities there included the design of their permanent European Headquarters in London, various office projects and design of a stand-alone 100,000 SF data center at the Staten Island, NY Teleport.
