Current responsibilities
As Vice President in Project Development Services for JLL, Sheila has been responsible for many multi-site programs in her 15+ years with the firm.

She has assembled various teams and procedures to facilitate numerous programs. Successful programs range from new store concept roll-outs, multi-site identity changeovers, renovation programs, survey programs and CAD drafting programs.

Sheila has managed 40,000+/- sites in 15 years.  She helps provide oversight and direction to multiple project managers and vendors.

April 2010 – current (Family Dollar Renovation Program)
As Program Director, Sheila’s responsibilities include client relationships and communications as well as the staffing and renovation delivery of 3,500+/- sites nationwide.

Sheila and her team successfully built the program’s technology platforms (OneView Projects & Tracker) in record time as well as the program processes including training and supervision of staff of 10+ Project Managers & two Program Administrators. Sheila brought on (20+) General Contractors and eight signage providers using Jones Lang LaSalle’s RFP processes.

The team successfully delivered 2400 sites to-date. Sheila’s program recommendations to client drove major changes which reduced cycle time by 2+ weeks and eliminated their historical “lost sales” during renovations. Cost savings implemented to program at approximately $2.2M to-date. The Program has received a 5.0 client satisfaction score year after year.  

July 2012 – October 2012 (White House / Black Market Refresh Program)
As Program Director, Sheila was responsible for client relationships, communications, staffing and renovation delivery, which consisted of remodeling 22 stores and 92 Chandelier Program stores within a 3-month period nationwide. The program finished under budget and on schedule.

July 2009 – April 2010 (T-Mobile New Store Account)
Sheila's role was Senior PM on the T-Mobile Account in the Southeast Region.  She was directly responsible for all New Store build-outs in Florida.

Sheila was a star performer on this account and successfully delivered all assigned sites while assisting fellow team members in areas of processes, people/contractor management and/or technology guidance.

The technology used for this account was JLL's OneView Projects & OneView Financials. Sheila shared in the Account’s 4.5 client satisfaction score. She received numerous special mentions and kudos from the T-Mobile South Region Senior Construction Manager.
