Current responsibilities
Amy Sessions is a Vice President for Jones Lang LaSalle based in Atlanta, Georgia. She is currently working on Morris, Manning & Martin, a 132,600 RSF Restack that is due to complete in April 2013 and AMC Theatre reseat at Phipps Plaza that is in close out.

In 2011 and 2010, Amy completed 15 Tele-Classrooms for Deloitte across the United States and a 50,000 RSF new interior office build out for Carter’s and an interior 14,000 RSF build-out for Barclays in Buckhead. In 2009 Amy completed a 265,000 RSF interiors build out for Deloitte in Atlanta.  The project consisted of six floors that included a conferencing floor with a 28 person tele-suite, reception floor, practice floors built in the new Deloitte workplace of the future build out and the refurbishment of 4 floors.

She has also worked on multiple projects for Hewitt Associates in the Southeast including a 300,000 square foot Call Center project in Charlotte, N.C and a restack of about 100,000 square feet in Atlanta with a decommission of a building.

She has strong experience with space planning, furniture procurement and delivering a quality project with excellent client service, on time and within budget.  One of her overwhelming strengths is communications within a project team and everyone being accountable on the team.

Amy was in facility management with Arthur Andersen for 7 years.  She has managed construction estimating and project budgets, overall schedule control, design team selection and coordination, furniture selection and procurement, move management and total project management.

In addition, she has performed project work for a variety of other corporate clients in the Southeast Region.  These projects have ranged from total corporate restacks and renovations to office relocations for Fortune 500 companies.

Amy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design from Florida State University. She is a LEED Green Associate.
