Current responsibilities
As an executive with JLL’s Corporate Solutions business, Scott’s responsibilities include account leadership, client relationship management and operational excellence across a number of major corporate client accounts that represent more than 60 million square feet globally.

Scott is passionate about building high-performing account teams, driving performance and fully leveraging the depth and breadth of JLL’s global platform to bring value to his clients.

In his current role, Scott is able to offer clients 27 years of industry experience in combination with his strategic perspective, customer service orientation and inspirational leadership style to lead successful outsourcing partnerships.

Since joining JLL in 2007, he has served as Account Executive on several client accounts where he led the successful transformation of the delivery model, processes and practices and aligned the team to achieve maximum performance.

Committed to continuous improvement and performance enhancement Scott has delivered client satisfaction service scores that have increased by 30% and cost savings in excess of 28%.

Previously, he spent nine years leading the real estate consulting practice at Expense Management Solutions. Highlighting his first-hand experience as a corporate client, he advised more than 40 client organizations on organizational design, outsourcing, benchmarking and performance measurement.

Additionally, he led operational assessments and outsourcing initiatives that involved in excess of 300 million square feet globally.

During the first 15 years of his career, Scott held various CRE management positions at Combustion Engineering, Aetna and Liberty Mutual where he was responsible for transforming the CRE organization and managing multi-million square foot corporate portfolios.

Scott's extensive knowledge in CRE and facility management is recognized through his published articles in Facilities Management Journal, Development Magazine, Financial Executive, and Inside Supply Management. In addition, he has led several presentations at events such as IFMA World Workplace, CoreNet Global, CRE Conference Board and the Industrial Asset Management Council.  

Scott graduated from Temple University with a BS in Architecture and attended Babson College’s MBA program.

As a certified facility manager (CFM), he is an active member of IFMA and CoreNet and is past-president of IFMA’s Boston Chapter, a current member of their Executive Committee and a past recipient of the IFMA President’s Award for Excellence in Facility Management. 

Scott is also an industry advisor to the Wentworth Institute of Technology where he provides strategic direction on the curriculum for the Facility Planning and Management 4-year program and lectures on industry trends, organizational design and service delivery models.
