Our people

​Nick Niemann joined JLL’s Downtown Los Angeles office in the Market Solutions group in 2014. 

Nick’s range of experience includes tenant representation, as well as investment and owner/user sales with a variety of institutional and private clients.  His practice is focused on creative as well as corporate clients.  Nick has been involved in several land sales in West Los Angeles with repositioned or redeveloped assets.

Years of Experience
Nick has six years of experience in the greater Los Angeles commercial real estate market.

Prior to joining JLL, Nick spent over two years working at CBRE in the Downtown LA, South Bay, and Newport Beach offices.  He was a member of the nationally-recognized wheel program, providing him to various real estate and financial disciplines including corporate services, office brokerage, capital markets, and financial consulting.

Key Transactions
In 2016, Nick represented tenants on over 3 million square feet of industrial leases in the Inland Empire, Dallas, and Central Pennsylvania. He is currently working on over 1 million square feet on international leases.

His experience includes:
• The sale of a property in Playa Vista that was converted from warehouse to creative office for a visual effects company
• A land sale in El Segundo for the Regents of the University of California (UCLA)
• The sale of a ground lease interest in Santa Monica 

Nick holds a B.S. in Policy, Planning and Development at the University of Southern California and a minor in Business Administration from the Marshall School of Business.  He was also a member of the Varsity Water Polo team there.

Community and personal information
Nick is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Young Leaders and is a Licensed California Real Estate Salesperson.
