​Current responsibilities
Jon Packee joined JLL in 2013 as a Vice President for the Industrial group. Jon is responsible for investigating and assessing various options for prospective clients, as well as providing support in the negotiation process.

He not only serves as broker for his clients, but more importantly as an advisor.

Experience
Jon has over 13 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, focusing on manufacturing and warehouse properties.

During his career, Jon has developed a deep understanding of the real estate environment in Southeastern Wisconsin. His marketing and selling strategies, along with his ability to listen to a client’s needs, allow him to develop successful Tenant/Landlord and Buyer/Seller relationships.

Jon is also skilled at representing clients with their real estate strategies throughout the United States and North America through his strong relationships with brokers throughout the JLL network.

Education
Jon has a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing with a minor in economics and political science from Marquette University in 1994.

Affiliations
Jon is a Wisconsin licensed commercial real estate broker and member of the Commercial Association of Realtors Wisconsin (CARW) and Wisconsin Realtors Association.

He also enjoys coaching basketball at St. Jerome Grade School in Oconomowoc and doing other volunteer and charity work within the community.
