Current Responsibilities
Robin Dorogusker is a Senior Project Manager for Project Delivery in Boston, MA, managing a range of design and construction projects.

She has developed strong working relationships with internal and external service providers, enabling her success in a challenging corporate environment.  She has also proven to be a valued member of the team and shows leadership in the growth and development. 

Ms. Dorogusker’s project work since June 2011 has included over 50 projects totaling in excess of $50M in project costs.  Major projects include managing the due diligence and team selection process for a $30M new building project; a $1.2M renovation; a $6M, 7 floor, 500,000 sf restack project, and a $1.3M AV upgrade project for the executive leadership committee. 

Robin Dorogusker started at Jones Lang LaSalle in July of 2012.  Prior to that, she worked for Fidelity Real Estate from May 2011 to July 2012 in a similar role.  

Ms. Dorogusker has over 25 years in the Project Management industry in Boston.  She has over 18 years direct project management experience and 4 years in business development, operations and business management. 

As Senior Project Manager from 2010 to 2011, she was responsible for business development for the Boston office of The Walsh Company, a project management company based in New Jersey.  As Vice President of Client Services, she managed marketing and business development, operations, and project management for Spaceworks Architectural Interior from 2009 to 2010.  As an independent consultant, she managed a $1.2M restack of 300,000 sf for Pearson Education in 2008.  And was a Senior Project manager for The First Church of Christ, Scientist’s $17M LEED renovation and consolidation project from 2006 to 2008, managing the design, build-out and relocation of over 600 employees in 585,000 sf on their historic campus. 

Ms. Dorogusker was also a Senior Project Director for Fox Relocation Management from 1991 – 2006, managing project teams and directing client work for a wide variety of corporate, healthcare, biotechnology, and non-profit clients.  Her leadership during that time assist Fox in becoming the premier service provide in the Boston market.  Key clients while at Fox included the Broad Institute, Novartis Institute for Biomedical Research, Children’s Hospital Boston, Genzyme Corp., PriceWaterhouse Coopers, The Suffolk County Courthouse, Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare, Boston Stock Exchange, WBUR 90.9 Radio, Harvard University, and the City of Cambridge Nursing Home.  She also managed the Corporate Art Program for Fleet Bank from 1994 – 2000. 

Education and Affiliations
Robin Dorogusker received a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from UConn in Storrs, CT. 

She has been an adjunct faculty member of Wentworth Institute of Technology in Facilities Management from 2005 – 2009 where she regularly taught classes in Project Management to undergraduate and continuing education students.

Ms. Dorogusker was an active member of IFMA from 2004-2011 where she continued to teach in the CFM program, and chaired several committees, including the Chair of the Education Conference at the NEBFM for 5 years.
