Art Turowski is a Senior Vice President in Washington, D.C. . He joined JLL 2009 after a distinguished carreer at the U.S. General Services Administration. Art advices owners and investors on all aspects of Federal tenant sourcing and retention.

Experience
Before joining the firm, Art worked in a variety of real estate positions with the General Services Administration. He was in their San Francisco, Atlanta and Washington D.C. regional offices as well as their headquarters in Washington D.C. His government transactional experience ranges from lease of all sizes to major mixed use development processes and public private partnerships. He has also testified before Congress on government leasing practices.

Education
Art holds a B.A. Degree in American Studies from the University of Maryland. He has done graduate work in real estate at American University and has certifications in Corporate Finance from the Darden School at the University of Virginia and Real Estate Development form MIT.

Art is a member of the Urban Land Institute and holds a Real Property Administration Designation.
