Current responsibilities
Nathan Brown is a Senior Project Manager for JLL's Dallas office. He is responsible for exceeding project goals and success criteria that meet the client needs.

This includes managing the overall success of a project, including internal and external resources, from initial project analysis, due diligence, funding, design, construction, and final reporting and invoicing, with full accountability for cost and quality control and on-time delivery.

Nathan is currently leading teams on multiple projects including new construction, renovation, infrastructure, and multi-year initiatives.

Nathan brings over eight years of commercial construction experience and project management expertise in the following areas; preconstruction, field operations, contract management, process improvement, value engineering, negotiations, scheduling, bidding, business development, change order management, cost forecasting, and close-out.

He is experienced in both field operations and preconstruction services on numerous types of projects including tenant-improvements, ground-up construction, mixed-use development, healthcare, office, high-rise residential, hotel, and museum.

Nathan received a bachelor of science degree in Natural Sciences from the University of Oklahoma. He is a LEED Accredited Professional and also a Six Sigma Green Belt.

Nathan has served on numerous committees and has been a highly active member of the USGBC, LCI, ASHE, and TREC, as well as having co-authored several Lean Construction papers and publications.

He also served in the United States Air Force as a paramedic.
