​​Current responsibilities
Pat Stucker is a Managing Director within JLL’s Capital Markets group. He is responsible for establishing and maintaining client relationships, and developing the sales strategy for multifamily engagements. He is integrally involved in all phases of the marketing process, including the oversight of transactions.

Prior to joining JLL in 2013, Pat was a Senior Vice President with Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. and responsible for all multifamily brokerage and consulting in the Rocky Mountain multistate region. Pat’s core business was representing owners exclusively on the sale of their multifamily properties. Pat routinely was recognized a one of the top producers in the Cushman & Wakefield national multifamily division. Other services, which are designed to enhance a client's market position, include disposition and acquisition underwriting, market studies, property evaluations, property valuations, marketing and property due diligence.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Pat was affiliated with AIMCO a publicly traded, real estate investment trust. He was a founder of, and instrumental in, the creation of the brokerage division for AIMCO. He also served as an Executive Vice President with operational oversight of 20,000 apartment units in a broad multistate region.

Pat has closed in excess of $3 billion of multifamily transactions, totaling over 50,000 residential units in his career and is recognized as one of the premier multifamily brokers in the Denver region. Pat has 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, including brokerage, development, asset management and property management. 

Pat often participates in industry conferences and panels highlighting current market conditions and has been acknowledged by both the Denver and Colorado Association of Realtors as one of the state’s top brokers.

Pat earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the United States Air Force Academy.
