Current responsibilities
Kim serves as the National Move Management Product Director, responsible for the development and execution of the move management sales strategies, as well as sustaining continuous improvement of Move Management Programs and Global Occupancy Service processes, tools and technology.  JLL Global Occupancy Services integrates occupancy planning, space management and allocations, data integrity, and moves management to drive consistency in portfolio optimization and capitalize on our proven expertise.

Prior to becoming the National Move Management Product Director in June of 2013, Kim was the Global Hospitality Director for the P&G account, developing global end-user experience strategies, finding solutions to delight our customers, and integrating leading hospitality ideas and services into P&G operations and mindset.  The P&G occupancy services portfolio totaled 16.6 million square feet in more than 110 locations across 70 countries, managing over 32,000 moves annually.

Under Kim’s leadership, her team successfully transitioned OneView Space Management (OVSM) in full capacity. Integrating the office move request with the space management database, OVSM provides an improved, up-to-the-minute reflection of actual data as well as expanded graphic capabilities.  In 2012, Kim partnered with the account analytics lead to be the first in JLL to implement integrated Business Intelligence reporting, combining occupancy, lease expirations, USAT, and space allocation data for client business units across all locations.

Kim is active on the account’s Diversity & Inclusion council and serves as the program leader for the Mentoring Program on the P&G account. She is committed to making a difference in the work lives of her mentees and spends a considerable amount of time mentoring year to year. She actively participates with our Transition and Transformation team to ensure best practices are being shared and executed.

Years of experience

Drawing on more than nine years with Jones Lang LaSalle and 20 years of experience in facility management and project management, Kim has managed several initiatives and transformations that were executed flawlessly, delivered more than $1.6 million dollars of annualized savings, increased employee productivity and streamlined processes.

Kim has overseen new building startups globally including Rome and Beijing and the largest P&G move project moving over 900 customers at the world headquarters with outstanding results and feedback. Under Kim’s leadership, the moves transformation project identified process simplifications and streamlined work processes that contributed significant cost savings and returned one million productivity minutes to P&G and its suppliers.

Prior to moving to Jones Lang LaSalle, Kim was a project manager for very high customer touch projects, working directly with P&G CEO to design, execute and transform the client’s world headquarter lobby and boardroom to represent the corporate brand.  This included not only the walls and floors, but also the receptionist services.
