​Career Summary
Todd Jenkins is an Analyst within the Development and Asset Strategy practice of Jones Lang LaSalle’s Capital Markets Group.  Based in the Atlanta office, Mr. Jenkins serves as an assistant Transaction Manager for a national land disposition program.  His responsibilities include financial analysis of a retail sales portfolio, managing a network of local brokers, coordinating property information, facilitating negotiation discussions, tracking properties through the sales process, producing and reviewing sales contracts, and programmatic reporting for DAS’s largest client.

Prior to Joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Mr. Jenkins served as a Business Banker for CertusBank.  He managed a business banking portfolio of over $45 million in credit facilities, serving the Athens, Carrollton, Cornelia, Homer and Lake Oconee Markets.  As a Business Banker, Mr. Jenkins traveled throughout North Georgia meeting with clients and providing solutions for their current and future financial needs via cash management tools and credit facilities.  While in school, Mr. Jenkins held positions with Mendel Biotechnology and Monsanto as a research assistant.  His researched was focused around miscanthus grass and cane sorghum for future ethanol production.
Education and Associations
Mr. Jenkins holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration majoring in Finance from Auburn University.
