Current responsibilities
Mr. Weinberg joined Jones Lang LaSalle in June of 2013.  Currently Howard is actively engaged in the sale/leasing and development of industrial properties for tenants, landlords and owners in northern New Jersey.

Years of experience

Prior to Jones Lang LaSalle, Howard worked for Cassidy Turley and had successfully represented numerous firms in the sale or leasing of over $450,000,000 in aggregate value of industrial and commercial properties.

Firms he has represented include Butler International, Ducati North America, W.W. Grainger, Motorola, Inc., Goodrich Corporation, Snap-On, Inc., RREEF, First Industrial Realty Trust, DCT Industrial Trust, American Realty Advisors, Indcor the Kushner Companies.

Prior to joining Cassidy Turley, Howard was a principal in the real estate development firm of Hudson Harbour Associates, responsible for site location, approval process and financial projections.  Before joining the development firm, Howard was actively engaged in sales and financing of commercial properties throughout New Jersey for the New York firm of Pearce Urstadt, Mayer and Greer.  Howard successfully completed financing transactions for industrial, retail and office properties.

Mr. Weinberg graduated from the University Of Hartford School Of Business with a Bachelor of Science Degree, majoring in marketing.  He has continued his education with various courses at the New York University School of Real Estate.  He is currently an Executive Committee member of the Morris and Bergen County Economic Development Corporations.
