​​Current Responsibilities 
Ms. Reynolds assists the Investment Sales team by evaluating, structuring and closing hotel real estate transactions. Her primary responsibilities include overseeing a team of six Associates, developing pro forma financials and valuations using IRR, DCF and other various techniques; gathering and evaluating economic, demographic and real estate market data; preparing presentations, offering memorandums and financial reports for clients; reviewing legal documents and other materials as part of the due diligence process; and strengthening client relationships.

Ms. Reynolds has over fifteen years experience in different facets of the hospitality industry. She has held various positions at an Atlanta-based boutique hotel management company, concentrating on market research for potential property acquisitions, assisting in property management, preparation of legal acquisition documents and human resources, and eventually all marketing functions. Ms. Reynolds began her career in the hotel brokerage industry over eleven years ago as an analyst. Since then, Ms. Reynolds has supported numerous select service portfolio transaction deals, as well as individual asset transactions for high profile clients including LNR, Felcor, Sage Hospitality, Apollo Global Management, Blackstone, Accor, Clarion Partners and Thayer Lodging, among others.

Education and Affiliations
Ms. Reynolds received a B.A. in Business Administration-Marketing from California State University San Bernardino. She currently holds a GA Real Estate License, is a member of AH&LA’s Women in Lodging and is currently seeking her CCIM designation.
