Current Responsibilities
Robert Webster is Managing Director with Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels based in Atlanta.  He currently is responsible for key full-service investment sales in the United States and works on specialty assets for the firm. 

In all, Bob has sold more than 165 hotels in the last ten years.  He has been recognized by Real Estate Forum magazine as a “Superstar Investment Sales Broker” ranking him the third most productive investment broker in the country.  In both 2011 and 2012, Bob received the Jack A. Shaffer Financial Advisor of the Year Award given to the top hotel investment sales professional in the lodging industry.  He is the only person to receive the award twice. 

Bob’s career during the last 36 years has spanned a broad range of disciplines within the hotel industry. Before joining Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels, he was Managing Director at Hodges Ward Elliott for 23 years. Prior to that he was Director of Real Estate for the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company.  Mr. Webster was also a senior hotel real estate consultant with Laventhol & Horwath in Boston and has held management positions with Westin Hotels at the Plaza Hotel in New York City and at the Westin Copley Place, Boston.  Bob has almost 30 years of experience specific to hotel real estate.

​Education and Affiliations 
Bob grew up in suburban Boston, Massachusetts and is a graduate of the Whittemore School of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire and serves on numerous boards and advisory boards.
