Current responsibilities
Tony Muscio works with the investment sales team of Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels. His primary responsibilities include financial analyses and underwriting, managing disposition sales processes and coordination with clients and investors regarding due diligence materials and property logistics. He also is a key liaison with other Jones Lang LaSalle groups including the Real Estate Investment Banking Group and Land Group.

Experience                                                                        
As a member of the Los Angeles Hotels team, Tony has taken an active role in the marketing of the Four Seasons Hualalai Resort, Four Seasons Resort Aviara, Makena Resort, Palmer House Hilton, Salish Lodge & Spa, Hilton Scottsdale Resort, Wyndham Palm Springs, and the Hilton Portland. He has also provided assistance in the marketing of the Hilton Pasadena, Marriott Ventura Beach, Miramar Resort in Santa Barbara and the Beverly Pavilion. Tony has been actively involved in the advisory services relating to condo-hotel feasibility studies in Southern California as well as acquisition due diligence projects in Hawaii.

Before joining Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels, Tony was a consultant with PKF Consulting’s Los Angeles office. There, his line of work included market studies, appraisals and acquisition due diligence. Some of his major projects included the acquisition due diligence for the Kona Village Resort at Ka’upulehu, Hawaii, market studies for Fess Parker’s Beach Resort in Santa Barbara, Sandpiper Golf Course in Santa Barbara, the California Theatre Hotel in Downtown San Diego, and appraisals of the Beverly Hilton Hotel and the Long Beach Hilton.

Education and affiliations
Tony graduated from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration with a concentration in financial management and an emphasis in real estate. Tony Muscio is a licensed real estate broker in both California and Hawaii.
