Current responsibilitiesBob Bossa is the lead for all Accounts and Agency work for the Project and Development Services group in the Mid-Atlantic Region.
He is responsible for the oversight of 10 people performing project management services for national accounts, agency, government and private sector clients.
Bob has extensive experience in government contracts, office renovations, law firms, and health care projects from inception through occupancy.

ExperienceBlueCross BlueShield of Delaware: Bob managed the interior fit out of this new 160,000 s.f. consolidated office. This included an IT space that was to remain operational 24/7 along with a full service cafeteria.
CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield: Bob managed the Owings Mills Maryland Headquarters Re-stack of 400,000 s.f. of existing space while occupied, the new Red Run Service Center in Owings Mills interior fit out of 164,000 s.f. including base building oversight; 25,000 s.f. of renovations at the Claims Center in Cumberland, MD; and 4,000 s.f. of renovations at the Claims Office in Charlotte, NC.
Cisco Systems: Bob provided oversight of this Campus Customer Briefing Center and renovation of Federal Sales Offices in Buildings 4 & 6. The Customer Briefing Center consisted of state of the art telepresence/video equipment and total renovation of the administration space, training space, and document center/loading dock space. The Federal Sales Offices was a complete gut and renovation while maintaining the operations of the SCIF space located within the floor plans footprint.
Morgan, Lewis and Bockius LLP: Bob managed the tenant fit-out at two of the law firm’s offices: 305,000 s.f. in Washington, DC which included on of only 3 (at the time) solar light pipes that was a 5 ton crystal tube to disseminate sunlight to interior spaces and a full service cafeteria with an outdoor deck. Also 43,000 s.f. in McLean, VA satellite office space for Morgan Lewis.
Bob has also managed projects for clients such as AES, Global Science and Technology, Microsoft, AON, and Willis Corporation.
Prior to joining JLL, Bob worked for Turner Construction Company where he managed the renovation of a 30-story Hilton Hotel and a $300 million U.S. Navy Task Order Contract.
His work for the Naval Facilities Engineering Command includes management of a $100 million Consolidated Area Telephone System replacement on 13 bases, a $60 million 40-bed hospital base building in Spain, and numerous other projects in the United States and abroad.
