Current Responsibilities
Bob Silverman is EVP of Supply Chain and Logistics Solutions at JLL. He specializes in assisting companies with their supply chain strategies and designing and improving the productivity of logistics and distribution operations, as well as consulting to developers to improve the logistics and tenant-attractiveness of their new industrial construction.

Experience
Prior to joining JLL, Mr. Silverman served as Vice President of IT Business Systems for Tommy Hilfiger USA where he managed the company's SAP implementation, and designed and oversaw implementation as well as subsequent consolidation of the company’s distribution centers.  He also oversaw integration of US/Canadian logistics operations to support North American reorganization as well as SAP rollout to Canada, and co-project managed construction and fit-out of the company's global flagship store on 5th Avenue in New York City.

Prior to his position at Tommy Hilfiger, Mr. Silverman was president of Gross and Associates, a NJ-based logistics consulting firm.  In that role he oversaw consulting operations and directed projects in logistics strategy, supply chain network modeling, facility operations design, and productivity improvement, throughout North America and internationally.

Mr. Silverman has worked with clients including Destination Maternity, Waterford Wedgwood, Kate Spade, Perry Ellis, BMW, Bloomberg, Becton Dickinson, Johnson & Johnson, Borden Foods, and Verizon.

Education and Affiliations
Mr. Silverman has a BA in mathematics and physics from Thomas Edison State College in Trenton, NJ.
He is a former board chair of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP) and is a former president of the Warehousing Education and Research Council (WERC).
