Current Responsibilities:
Mr. Grable's specialty is industrial real estate representing users and owners, buyers and sellers of improved properties and land. He has a particular focus in international supply chain logistics. In addition to projects in Atlanta, his core market, he also is active in satisfying real estate requirements in the southeast port cities of Charleston, Savannah, and Jacksonville. He is a senior industrial broker in the Atlanta office of JLL and active in transactions locally and throughout the country.

Steve began his commercial real estate career in 1982. He specializes in the industrial market with a particular focus on port and inland port properties. He is an active member of the Port, Airport and Global Infrastructure (PAGI) international JLL team; and in particular, focuses on PAGI projects at mid- and south-Atlantic U.S. ports.
 
He has extensive experience in a variety of lease, sale and build-to-suit transactions and has represented tenants and landlords as well as investment buyers and sellers.
 
Steve's clients benefit from the solid relationships he has built within the industry.
 
Prior to joining JLL, he was a Senior Partner at Colliers International after beginning his career at Carters & Associates.

Education:
Steve earned his Ph.D. in American Studies, with a minor in Urban Planning, from Emory University in 1983. In 1979, he earned his M.A. in American Studies at Emory University and in 1973 he graduated from the University of California with a B.A in American Studies
