Our people

Current responsibilities 
Steve Clark combines a unique understanding of transaction management and lease negotiation with extensive construction management experience to assist corporate tenants and landlords in making strategic real estate decisions.  He is a LEED accredited professional and assists his clients in understanding green building practices.

Prior to joining JLL, Steve was a Project Manager for Devcon Construction where he managed all aspects of the design-build construction process. As a liaison balancing the tenant/owner relationship, he managed a variety of project types: high-end venture capital and law office interiors, multi-floor steel buildings & campuses, and R&D lab interiors.

Education and affiliations
Steve attended Cal Poly San Luis Obispo obtaining his Bachelors of Science in Construction management. He is a LEED accredited professional and a member of the Association of Silicon Valley Brokers. Outside of work Steve, with his wife Tricia, stays busy chasing after their two sons Will and Jack, ages 5 and 3, while also coaching youth soccer and baseball.
