Current responsibilitiesKris Bjorson is responsible for development and management of the Retail Distribution Service business for JLL. With a focus on maximizing business results for corporations, he also founded Supply Chain and Logistics Solutions, which integrates supply chain strategy through real estate implementation.
His leadership skills and unparalleled knowledge of both real estate and logistics industries continue to be valuable assets in exceeding clients’ expectations, including but not limited to Dick’s Sporting Goods, General Cable, MillerCoors, Navistar and Walgreens.
ExperienceKris served for 15 years with The Staubach Company prior to its merger with JLL in summer 2008. The company recognized him as their leading industrial professional, including numerous Top Gun Awards and the only industrial “Champion of Excellence” in its 30-year history, the most prestigious honor awarded for achieving consistent high quality service ratings from clients and team members.
Kris is nationally recognized on the topics of real estate and logistics as a speaker at industry events and with regular articles published in Commercial Property News, National Real Estate Investor, Office & Industrial Properties, Transportation & Distribution, Plants, Sites & Parks, Operations & Fulfillment, Retail Forum, Site Selection and Expansion Management.
Education At the University of Cincinnati, Kris was a Magna Cum Laude graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Finance.
From a walk-on quarterback to a four-year starting tight end on the varsity football team, he received numerous honors including Sporting News Freshman All-American, First Team Academic All-American and Captain.
AffiliationsHe has also held both local and national leadership positions with the Warehousing Education and Research Council and the Council of Logistics Management, and is a member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals and SIOR.
Kris and wife Sherri have four children—Nicholas, Matthew, Anna, and Andrew.
