Current Responsibilities
Bill Honsaker has distinguished himself as a hard-working, results-driven professional with broad-based market knowledge. He has successfully represented both users and investors in lease and sale transactions of industrial, high-tech / R&D, and office properties. His daily responsibilities include consulting and strategy implementation, market research, site selection, negotiation, financial analysis, and lease or purchase contract review on behalf of his clients. He is also responsible for actively and aggressively marketing his clients' space for disposition. His specialties include: Acquisitions, Dispositions / Portfolio Dispositions, Corporate Headquarters, High-Technology, and Logistics primarily within the industrial sector of the real estate marketplace.

Bill brings a unique background to the negotiating table having not only successfully marketed millions of square feet of properties for both private and institutional owners, but he has also run seven national corporate real estate portfolios and served as a commercial property manager. His past experience and knowledge allow him to effectively and creatively structure competitive / aggressive transactions on his clients' behalf. He has been recognized as both a Top Achiever on multiple occasions as well as a Top Gun, the highest-level production honor within the company. He is also a member of the Supply Chain & Logistics Solutions practice group as well as the Clean Technologies practice group.

Education and Affiliations
Bill is a Certified Ambassador, as well as Steering Committee member, within the Greater Phoenix Economic Council (GPEC), and he was formerly Chairman of the Community Building Consortium committee. In 2016, Bill was recognized as Ambassador of the Year for GPEC. He has also been a panel speaker on numerous occasions offering expertise within the industrial sector. Bill received a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the University of Southern California, is married, and his wife is the Vice President of Advancement for a global non-profit organization focused on counter human/sex trafficking, and they have four children. He and his wife are active members of their church community with a strong passion for global missionary work.
