​​Current responsibilities
In his role at JLL, Trevor Ragsdale is responsible for managing and growing the industrial brokerage business across the Chicago market as well as for representing clients in real estate transactions throughout the world. 

Trevor is the Vice Chairman of the America's Industrial Council, and a member of the Global Brokerage Leadership Council, the Midwest Region Executive Committee, and is the co-founder of the Supply Chain & Logistics Solutions practice group.

Since 2010, Trevor has been recognized as the #1, 2, or 3 revenue producer across the country's industrial service line. 

Trevor leads the top performing industrial brokerage team for JLL globally. His team of professionals have subject matter expertise in supply chain optimization, site selection, psycho-demographic predictive analytics, business and economic incentives, capital markets, real estate markets, and design and construction project management. 

Their integrated solutions consistently deliver enterprise-wide value to end users of industrial real estate and deep insight into the user thought process to assist institutional owners in securing tenants.

Prior to merging with JLL in June of 2008, Trevor was a Principal of The Staubach Company since 2001.

Over his career, Trevor has implemented over 200 projects globally totaling over 38 million square feet valued in excess of $1.5 billion.
