Current responsibilities
Tom Doupe joined JLL in 2012, working primarily with the Agency Leasing Practice Group, representing institutionally-owned, Class A office buildings in San Francisco’s CBD. Over the past 4 years, he has represented 11 office buildings in Downtown San Francisco, totaling over 4.4 MSF, and has successfully implemented several unique asset strategy programs including re-positioning for value-add investors as well as occupancy cost-savings initiatives for pension fund ownership groups. His main focus and ultimate goal is to leverage his senior team members by managing leasing activity reports and financial analyses, perfecting the art of the tour, creating real connections with the tenant representation brokerage community, and proactively marketing each building accordingly.
