Ali Greenwood

Current Responsibilities 

Mrs. Greenwood is a Vice President with JLL's global Data Center Solutions practice team.  Mrs. Greenwood has ten years of experience in the commercial real estate, private investment & development, technology and datacenter REIT industries.  Her recent transactions include relocation, colocation and portfolio growth strategies for Fortune 500 financial, telecom, technology, insurance, and transportation firms. She has strong financial analysis skills when evaluating various types of scenarios from valuation of portfolios, underwriting acquisitions, dispositions, greenfield development, brownfield development, colocation lease transactions, and hybrid scenarios.

Experience

Mrs. Greenwood has 10 years' experience in the commercial real estate industry. Previously with Digital Realty (DLR), as part of Digital's global sales organization, her focus was to generate solutions for new customers with datacenter colocation requirements.  Her clients ranged across various industry verticals including third party colocation providers, energy, financial services, insurance, retail, legal, high performance computing, telecom, and technology firms.  Prior to joining the sales team at Digital, she served as part of their Portfolio Management team for the Central US region, with a portfolio of assets with significant datacenter development, re-development, and leasing activity. Prior to her tenure with Digital Realty, Mrs. Greenwood served as a Financial Analyst for Eastern Partners, a private real estate investment and development company.  Some of her recent transactions and clients include:

Education

Mrs. Greenwood graduated from Baylor University with a BBA in Real Estate Finance & Marketing.  She is a licensed Texas real estate salesperson.
