Current Responsibilities
Mr. Wood, Vice President of Project and Development Services for the Industrial Markets, is responsible for the management of build-to-suit projects for Jones Lang LaSalle clients throughout the Midwest region.
 
 Mr. Wood assists our clients with the entire project development process. His involvement includes site selection, site due diligence, land planning, municipal annexations, variances, permitting, architectural and engineering design for the construction of distribution, manufacturing, cold storage and rail served facilities, commercial, retail, office and large multi-facility industrial business park projects.

Mr. Wood specializes in the planning and execution of commercial development and construction projects. Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Mr. Wood was Vice President of Construction Services with Northern Builders where he oversaw the Construction Department and was responsible for overall the management and economic success of all projects. His other responsibilities at Northern Builders included budget analysis, job cost management and estimations, construction management, and safety and compliance management. Prior to joining Northern Builders, Mr. Wood was a Project Manager with JIMI Construction.

Mr. Wood earned his Bachelors of Science in Construction Management at Bowling Green State University.
