Current Responsibilities
Tim Stoeckel, Senior Project Manager of Project and Development Services, is responsible for the management of build-to-suit construction projects for Jones Lang LaSalle clients nationwide.
Mr. Stoeckel assists our clients in the entire project development process from early strategic planning through facility commissioning and start-up.  His involvement includes needs assessments; facility programming and specifications; budgeting; financing; site selection; land planning and site due diligence; design management; entitlements and permitting; construction planning; procurement and contracting; construction management; equipment commissioning and start-up; and relocation coordination.
Years of experience
Mr. Stoeckel has experience in the planning and execution of complex projects, including corporate office, educational facilities, distribution centers, manufacturing, maintenance facilities, worship centers, rail infrastructure and R&D. 
Mr. Stoeckel began his career with a general contractor, Ragnar Benson, where he successfully managed over $125M in new build to suit projects and coordinated over 35 large scale project estimates.  Then with Berglund Construction, he managed the successful renovation and addition of an 11 story office tower.  Later with Duke Realty Corporation, he worked on over $75M of industrial projects from very early stage site selection through design and subcontractor selection, project management and successful commissioning.  More recently, he worked as Senior Project Manager for Summit Design + Build where he managed over 10 projects in a 3 year span, the highlight of which was the award winning LEED Platinum certified food distribution facility for Testa Produce.
Mr. Stoeckel joined Jones Lang LaSalle in 2012 and currently concentrates his efforts on executing projects for industrial clients nationwide.  He recently completed early stage development management for New Belgium Brewery for a new facility in Asheville, NC and a new Club and Medical Clinic for United Airlines within O’Hare Airport.  Current projects include a 185,000sf auto mechanic training facility for Universal Technical Institute and continued work with United Airlines at O’Hare airport including break room refurbishment and a stations operations center.

Mr. Stoeckel earned his bachelor of science in Construction from Bradley University and his MSRE from Roosevelt University.
