Lucille Heil is the Vice President, Operations for the Atlanta Market, covering Georgia, Tennessee and Alabama. In this capacity, she oversees the day to day operations and manages the overall strategic initiatives across the Atlanta Market. Lucille is a member of JLL's Atlanta Executive Committee, the Team Lead for JLL Atlanta's Enablement Team, the Executive Sponsor for the JLL Community Connection board, and a Board Member for the JLL Atlanta Women's Business Network. Lucille is keenly involved in planning, goal setting and communications related to team productivity, culture, talent, brand, and client service.
Before relocating to Atlanta, Lucille was the Vice President, Operations for the Carolinas Market, a three-office, three-business line Market. As a member of the Carolinas Market's leadership team, she oversaw the day to day operations, managed the overall strategic initiatives, led the support team and actively participated in recruitment and retention of talent in the Carolinas. Lucille was accountable for budget planning and goal setting with a deep focus on productivity, culture, technology and quality control. Lucille launched the Carolinas Women's Business Network, co-led the Carolinas Philanthropy Committee and was an active member of the Carolinas Health Champions.
Lucille previously served the Corporate Solutions business for JLL in an HR partner capacity, supporting several client accounts including AT&T and Duke Energy. Lucille partnered with the firm's leadership on the Keystone Partners acquisition within the Carolinas Market in 2010-2011, and was promoted to Vice President, HR for her successful leadership and execution of the acquisition and integration.
When JLL acquired The Staubach Company, Lucille was a Principal and the Regional Vice President of Administrative Services for the Carolinas/Florida/Tennessee Region for Staubach. In this regional quality control capacity, her responsibilities included organizational development, firm planning, practice and policy development and execution, strategic planning, event planning, administrative recruiting and salary administration, benefits plan administrator, payroll supervision, and internal facilities oversight. For two and a half years at Staubach and prior to the recruitment of a Regional Controller, Lucille also served in a financial management capacity (planning, budgeting, financial reporting, general ledger accounting, billing and collections, cash flow control, banking relationships, trust accounting, payroll and tax planning).
Education, Awards and Affiliations
Lucille received her Bachelor's degree from Maryville College, received the SPHR certification in 2008 and the SHRM-SCP designation in 2015. In 2013, Lucille was recognized as a Top 25 Women in Business by Charlotte Business Journal and also received the JLL Spotlight Beacon Award for excellence in people management. She was awarded the Leadership Award for the Carolinas Market in 2014. She actively volunteers with and supports the Alzheimer's Association and Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
