​​Current responsibilities
Mr. Doyle is a Managing Director with Jones Lang LaSalle's Capital Markets group in Menlo Park. During his 29-year career, Mr. Doyle has been involved with sales of more than 35 million square feet of property and more than 700 acres of land representing a value in excess of $7.1 billion. Of Mr. Doyle's many transactions, he spearheaded the close of the largest office deal in Silicon Valley history -- the Peery Arrillaga Portfolio sale to RREEF. He was the top producer within CBRE in Silicon Valley from 2004 to 2007. A member of the Colbert Coldwell Circle, Mr. Doyle was nationally ranked as one of the top sales professionals in CBRE's Institutional Investment Group.

Experience
Prior to Jones Lang LaSalle, Mr. Doyle was Executive Managing Director of the Newmark Knight Frank Cornish & Carey Commercial Capital Group leading all western United States institutional investment sales. From 1998 through 2003 Mr. Doyle was an Executive Vice President and Principal at Deerfield Realty Corporation where he was responsible for overseeing all aspects of the investment, development and management for a portfolio of Office, R&D/Flex and Industrial properties from San Francisco to San Jose.

Education and affiliations
Mr. Doyle holds a bachelor of science in Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, the Belden Real Estate Club of California and is on the board of directors for the mid-peninsula housing trust. Mr. Doyle's other accolades include: San Jose Business Journal Structures "Commercial Broker of the Year" in 2009, Association of Silicon Valley Brokers (ASVB) "Investment Broker of the Year" in 2006 and 2007 and CB Richard Ellis' "Regional Top Producer" in 2007.
