Current responsibilities
Guillermo Peralta is an Analyst in JLL's Public Institutions group in Washington, DC.  He has been with the firm since August 2012.

Guillermo is a member of the Army Residential Communities Initiative (RCI) Portfolio and Asset Management Team (PAM) where he provides development and financial analysis, as well as provides strategic consulting and analysis for the State of Tennessee master planning team.

Guillermo is part of an integrated team of Army and JLL personnel responsible for monitoring the financial, developmental and operational performance of the Army’s privatized family housing portfolio to ensure compliance with the goals of the Residential Communities Initiative (RCI).

Guillermo is personally responsible for the oversight of four installations, totaling over $1.2 Billion in initial development scope.

Additionally, Guillermo has assisted in the development of Strategic Master Planning initiatives for the State of Tennessee. Guillermo developed a strategic operational master plan for the State of Tennessee; encompassing over 5.5 million square feet of owned property.

Prior to joining JLL, Guillermo worked in the City of New Haven’s Office of Economic Development, where he conducted market and financial analysis for public-private development projects, including the Coliseum District Proposal; a 4.5 acre, $235 million redevelopment project.
