Current responsibilities
Mark Elliott is a Project and Development Services Senior Manager whose client-focused management skills provide him the ability to effectively represent the client’s best interests in achieving their goals.

With Mark’s architectural background and extensive experience in managing complex projects, he is a manager his clients can trust to bring their projects in on time and on budget.

Mark’s key strengths are client relationships, meeting client expectations and effectively managing large complex projects within the client’s budget and schedule. With over 30 years of architectural experience,

Mark is able to effectively incorporate his expertise and knowledge with design & construction into any project he manages.

Mark is currently involved in the management of multiple projects on the North Georgia College and State University campus, including a new 40,000sf Dining Hall, a 265-bed Military Housing dormitory, and a 47,000sf Bookstore-Infirmary-Retail building.

Prior to joining JLL, Mark worked with several large commercial architectural firms in Atlanta including Smallwood Reynolds Stewart Stewart and Cooper Carry.

Mark’s extensive experience has involved a variety of project types. He has managed the design and construction of corporate headquarters, office buildings, courthouses, educational facilities, mixed–use projects and retail developments.

Bachelor of Arts in Architecture – Clemson University

Mark is a registered architect in Georgia, a member of the American Institute of Architects and a member of the National Council of Architectural Registration Board.
