​​​Current responsibilites
Mrs. Armstrong joined Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in 2008 and is a Project Manager for JLL’s Project and Development Services group in the Western Region. Mrs. Armstrong’s most recent experience includes tenant improvements for Apollo Education Group, Aetna and Rossmar & Graham. Mrs. Armstrong’s attention to detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to mitigate issues as they arrive have made her an integral part of the project teams. Her role involves the coordination of all project activities, including managing the projects within budget and schedule, oversight and procurement of furniture, security, audio-video, cabling, signage and move vendors. Mrs. Armstrong has extensive experience with One View Projects, JLL’s project management software, which includes maintaining project information and files for due diligence, financials, and vendor management. She has extensive site evaluation, due diligence, cost estimating, and move management experience.  In addition to her project management expertise, Mrs. Armstrong’s prior experience in the commercial real estate industry has provided a strong background and knowledge of the market fundamentals, sale/lease and site acquisition analysis process. 

Project Experience
Mrs. Armstrong’s project experience includes Choice Hotels International’s new 88,000 square foot Southwest headquarters and Universal Technical Institute’s 90,000 square foot headquarters in Scottsdale, AZ. Other recent project experience includes tenant improvements for Lumension Security’s 30,000 square foot headquarters in Scottsdale, Arizona and Phoenix School of Law’s campus in downtown Phoenix, Axway Inc.’s 39,000 square foot headquarters in Scottsdale, Arizona, Lifelock’s headquarters in Tempe, Arizona, a 465-hotel room and ballroom renovation project for the Hyatt Regency in Scottsdale, Arizona. and a 3-phase, occupied remodel, tenant improvement project of a 65,000 square foot call center space for Corinthian College Inc., in Tempe, Arizona.  

Education and Affiliations
Mrs. Armstrong earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business. She is Chair to the Scottsdale Cultural Council’s Young Leader’s Committee and is involved in CREW AZ and NAIOP. She is also actively pursuing LEED Green Associate credentials and anticipates completing the requirements by the end of this year​.
