Our people

Current responsibilities
Eric Spencer is a Vice President at JLL. He is responsible for the underwriting of retail properties and portfolios for investment sales and coordinating the due diligence process between Sellers / Purchasers. Eric has underwritten over $20 billion in real estate assets since beginning his real estate career in 2006. 

Prior to joining JLL, he worked at ACG Professionals, Inc. as a Senior Analyst coordinating due diligence projects, managing intern teams, and leading Argus training classes. Additional responsibilities included business development and new client relations. 

Before that, Eric was an Associate Retail Asset Manager with CWCapital Asset Management in the Bethesda, MD office. There he was responsible for the oversight of a portfolio of more than 35 assets in multiple states including Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, North Carolina, and Tennessee.

Education and affiliations
Eric received a B.S. in Psychology with a concentration in Communications from Vanderbilt University. He is a Board Member of the Association of Young Real Estate Professionals (AYREP) - Atlanta Chapter, member of ICSC, and an Eagle Scout.
